I thought this article was really good. Coming from a banking background, I am on a mission to help as many "good people" control the cash as possible. If more compassionate people were rich, the world would work better. I am not talking about giving it all away, I am wanting great--the best---money managers to be in charge of money so that the world will work.
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I have used the same asset manager, Jill Drinkwater, from Santa Fe for over twenty years. Her firm now is Morgan Stanley. She is absolutely brilliant...AND she has a conscience. In fact last year she wrote a book called, "It's Not About The Money."
This article is so matter-of-fact, but it is true. Now if we help more trustworthy, ethical people become "rich," the world will be a different place. We all must become much more diligent about what we support and what we buy, because that is what predicts the next millionaire. And it is time to have more good ones.
